Orders

An order is accepted when you receive an order number. Prices are in Kenya Shillings and are confirmed at checkout. Items can become unavailable; if that happens we will contact you.

Payment

You can pay with M-Pesa when you order, or with cash on delivery, pickup or at the table where offered. An order paid online is only confirmed once the payment is verified.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel online shortly after ordering, before we start preparing, if you have not paid. Once preparation has started, or if you have paid, please call us. Refunds follow the payment provider’s own process and may take time.

Reservations

A reservation holds a table, not a meal. Please arrive on time and tell us if your plans change. We may release a table if you are significantly late.

Allergies

Tell us about allergies in the order notes and call to confirm. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.

Games are for fun. Offers and prizes are set by the restaurant and may change or end at any time.
